Petition to divide the ministerial funds among the several Sectarian Societies or Denominations in the town of Rumford, came up from the House referred to a Joint Select Committee consisting of Messrs Bolster, McCrate, Lawrence, Hutchins, Lamb, Currier, Metcalf, Knight, Carpenter of Lee, and Judkins, with such as the Senate may join. Concurred, and Messrs. Knowlton, Manning, Brown, Farnham, and Porter are joined.

Petition of Francis Swan and others, proprietors of the Sebasticook Bridge in Winslow for an extension of their Charter, " of Samuel Thatcher and others for a Canal in the town of Orrington, Remonstrance of A.W.
