Report on the order relative to an allowance to Elisha North passed Feb 4th 1835, requesting to be discharged from further action on the subject made by the committee on the subject, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
Bill - An Act in addition to an act entitled an ac to regulate the survey of Lumber in the County of Penobscot, came from the Senate with amendment for concurrence - The House nonconcurred the Senate and insisted upon the former vote passing the Bill to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
Resolve in favor of Hall Clements came from the Senate indefinitely postponed - The House insist upon their former vote passing the Resolve to be engrossed & thus nonconcur the Senate. Sent up for concurrence.
