The Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges, and Canals reported order of notice on petition of Joshua Herrick and others; read and accepted in concurrence.

The Senate reconsider their votes passing to be enacted and engrossed, Bill to incorporate the Magurawock & Schoodic Canal Company, amend the same, and order said Bill to be reengrossed as amended, of which the House were informed by message, and their concurrence requested. Concurred.

Bill to incorporate the Frontier Bank, came up from the House amended. The Senate recede from their vote passing said Bill to engrossed, adopt the amendment proposed by the House, and pass the same to be engrossed as amended, in concurrence.

Bill to incorporate the Cherryfield Boom Corporation, reported in a new draft, in the House by the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals, to which said Bill was recommitted, Bill to exempt certain implements of husbandry from attachment and execution, and from distress for taxes, reported by the Committee to which was referred an order relative to that subject, severally read once, and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.
