To the Senate and House of Representatives. The Adjutant General having reported the resignation of Major General Samuel Moore of the Seventh Division, and the same having been accepted, it becomes my duty to make known to the Legislature, that a vacancy now exists in the office of Major General of the Seventh Division of the Militia of this State.
