Order from the House of Representatives instructing the Committee on the Judiciary to consider of the expediency of limiting, by law, the length of time when fences and other fixtures shall be deemed and taken as the boundary lines on any public grounds or highways in case of any uncertainty as to the true boundary thereof - read and passed in concurrence.

Order from the House of Representatives, instructing the Committee on Literature and Literary Institutions to inquire into the expediency of revising all the Statutes relating to Schools; and also further inquire into the expediency of providing that a report of the condition of the schools within this State, accompanied by an abstract of the school returns, be annually made to the Legislature - read and passed in concurrence.
