BORDERGUARD represents an association of active small presses and magazines, in America and abroad. Each is dedicated to the publication of avant-garde materials of demonstrably decent standard. Editorially, each press stands alone. BORDERGUARD merely groups all in order to expand the limited audience and make people aware of what is going on all over the country.
