We are on Picket at Warrenton Junction. The weather has been pretty warm to day. wrote a letter to a friend in the 20th Maine Reg't. We received news in the papers to day that Vicksburg is captured and the Stars and Stripes waves over it. I hope it is so, but I fear it is not.
