York [?] To all People to whom these presents shall come Jeremiah Moulton Esqr. Judge of the Probate of Wills & for the County of York within the Province of the Massachusetts Bay Sendeth Greeting.

Know ye That upon the 13th day of February Anno Domini 1758 before me at York in said County the Instrument above written (purporting the last Will & Testament of Andrew Neal late of Kittery in said County Deceased was presented for Probate by James Neal Sole Executor therein named When appeared John Heard Bartlet Josiah Bridges & Abraham Lord test (Testator?) Witnesses thereto Subscribed, who made Oath that they saw the said Andrew Neal Sign & Seal & heard him declare ye. Sd [said] Instrument to be his last Will and testament and that he was then of a sound disposing mind to their best Discerning, and that they Subscribed their names as witnesses thereto in the Testators Presence.

I do therefore allow and approve of the said Instrument as the last will and Testament of the said Deceased and do commit the Admin'ion [administration] thereof in all matters the same concerning and of his Estate whereof he died seized and possessed unto the above named Executor well & faithfully to execute the Said will; and to Administer ye Estate of ye Deceased according thereunto; and that he make a true & perfect Inventory of all and Singular the Goods Chattels Rights and Credits of the said Dec.d and exhibit the Same into the Registry office
