Met according to adjournment.

[Not petitions to be received after this morning--] Ordered, that no petition, presented this House after this morning session, be committed.

[Robt Bradford & als] Petition of Robert Bradford and others, respecting the C.C.C. Pleas. Read and ordered to be placed on the files containing papers relative to the same subject. Sent up for concurrence.

[John Bennock] Petition of John Bennock-- Read and committed to the committee on Canals, Turnpike Roads and Bridges. Sent up for concurrence.

[Town of Friendships Pauper Account--] Pauper Account of the Town of Friendship-- Read and committed to the committee on Accounts. Sent up for concurrence.

[Committee on Poor Debtor Law &c] Ordered, that Messrs Greenleaf of Portland, Burgin of Eastport and Dunn of Poland be a Committee to consider what alterations, if any, ought to be adopted in the laws for relief of poor debtors with liberty to report by bill or otherwise.

[Committee-- on alteration of sitting of the Courts of Sessions in Oxford & Penobscot.] Ordered, that Messrs Holland of Jay, Lord of Gardiner and McIntire of Portland be a Committee to take into consideration the expediency of altering the times and places of holding the Probate Courts in the Counties of Oxford & Penobscot with leave to report by bill or otherwise.
