[Report on extra session of CCCP in certain Counties &c.] [resolve [?]] Committee to whom was recommitted the Resolve providing for an extra session of the Circuit Court of Common Pleas in the second Eastern Circuit for the County of Kennebec, Reported a Resolve making provision for the holding of an extra session of said Court in the Counties of Kennebec, Lincoln, York, Penobscot + Washington. Read, report accepted + Resolve passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Whereupon it is voted that so much of said Report as relates to the election and return of the member from Newfield, and also so much of said Report as relates to the election and return of the member from Parsonsfield be committed to the Committee on
