[Resolve, authorizing Govenror to procure from Massachusetts the proportion of arms] Resolve, from the Senate authorizing the Governor to procure from the State of Massachusetts the proportion of all the arms, ordinance + ammunition + to which this State is entitled. Came down for concurrence. Read and concurred.
[Order that Palermo, Montville to elect Representative [?] of Thomas Eastman] Mr. Wilson of Bingham submitted the following order - to wit Ordered[underlined], that the Representative district comprising the towns of Palermo, Montville + Montville Plantation be directed to assemble as soon as may be to give in their votes for a Representative to fill the vacancy occasioned by the resignation of Thomas Eastman.
