Dear Captian Anderson,
There are a party over here
at moose Camp. They are Fornears and they dont imploy know Guides they go a lone by them Selves. They dont seem to be doing any fishing
All they seem to do is making maps
and taking pictures.
The woman is a very good artist
and they are painting all the lakes Rivers mountains high ways and they even went down to Fort Kent and take picture of the old block house there, and the mountains along the Canadian Borders. They whent clean down Vanburain that day Im not

Sure but I think they whent to presque isle and Carrbou
looking at the air ports
there. Now Im going to tell you they look to me like Spies. I wish you would send a cople of men to envestecate for that camp is full of Forners. I would like to have some one to envestecate.
