To the Govenor and Honble Council The Subscribers Selectmen of the town of Starks in the County of Somerset humbly represent that Richard Sawtell Require the present Sheriff of said County has, in our opinion, executed the duties of said office with integrity and prudence- We have no doubt it would be for the interest of the County, that Mr. Saw- tell should be continued in offices and we believe this reappointment would meet the approbation[?] of a majority of the inhabitents of the County.
