[Bill - relief of poor &c] Bill from the Senate "for the further relief & support, employment and removal of the Poor" came down for concurrence. Read a first and second time and tomorrow at 10 o clock assigned for the third reading.

[Resolve, authorizing Governor to procure from Massts our proportion of arms &c &c -] Resolve, from the Senate authorizing the Governor to procure from the State of Massachusetts the proportion of all the arms, ordinance + ammunition + to which this State is entitled. Came down for concurrence. Read and concurred.

[Order that Palermo, Montville &c elect Representative [?] of Thomas Eastman] Mr. Wilson of Bingham submitted the following order - to wit Ordered[underlined], that the Representative district comprising the towns of Palermo, Montville + Montville Plantation be directed to assemble as soon as may be to give in their votes for a Representative to fill the vacancy occasioned by the resignation of Thomas Eastman. Which on motion is referred to the committee on Elections.
