Ordered, That so much of the Governors Message as relates to the Militia be committed to Messrs Ulmer and McDonald with such as the House may join with leave to report by bill or otherwise. Ordered, That so much of the Governors Message as relates to the preservation of Timber on the public lands and depredations thereon be committed to Messrs Boutelle and O'Brien with such as the House may join with leave to report by bill or otherwise.
