[Committee on Military Affairs] Ordered that the committee appointed at the present session of the Legislature [on the part of the House] to consider so much of the Governors Message as relates to the militia be discharged and that the subject be committed to the Military Committee appointed at the last session of the Legislature to which committee two have been added on the part of the House.
