Bill. - Phillips Limerick Academy — Bill to alter the name of Phillips Limerick Academy and for the purposes — read a third time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - to annex Harlem to China The committee on bills in the third reading were discharged from the further consideration of the Bill "to annex the town of Harlem to the town of China" and the bill[underlined] was referred to Messrs Little of Windham, Richardson of Jefferson and Porter of Freeport.

Resolve - manner of engrossing Laws + Resolves The engrossed Resolve "directing the manner of engrossing the Acts and Resolves and for preferring the same" — was finally[underlined] passed.

Petition[underlined] of D Gurney + at Petition[underlined] of David Gurney + John K Smith praying for an alteration in the law regulating the inspection of Butter and Lard — read & referred to Messrs Todd of Portland, Barnard of Dixfield and Tiffany of Sidney.

Resolve[underlined] - special Court of Sessions Oxford County. The engrossed Resolve authorizing the Court of Sessions for the County of Oxford to hold a special Court and for other purposes — was finally[underlined] passed.
