Sam Scammon] Petition of Samuel Scammon praying that provision may be made for the trial of an action pending in the Supreme Judicial Court in which two of the present Judges have been attorneys & therefore declining sitting in the trial of the same. Read and committed to the Committee appointed at the last session on the subject of the Circuit Court of Common Plea. Sent up for concurrence.

[pet. James Coffin & als] Petition of James Coffin and others praying that the owners of Marsh may be compelled to build fences. Read and committed to Messrs Scammon of Saco, Purrington of Harpswell & Howard of Minot.
