73. Remonstrance - of Wilton[underlined] Remonstrances[underlined] of the committee of Wilton agst the petition of the town of Chesterville for leave to sell land +— read and referred to Messrs Lewis of Gorham, Sprague of Hallowell + Whitney of Brooks.

Petition - of Wilton Petition[underlined] of Wilton that Joseph Webster + others may he made a body corporate as Trustees of the minis-terial fund in said town — read and referred to the committee in incorporation of Parishes and other religious Societies and ministerial + school lands. Sent up for concurrence.

Message respecting Memorial from city authorities of Washington[underlined] The committee to whom was referred the Governors Message communicating a memorial from the Mayor; Alderman, + Common Council of the City of Washington in the District of Columbia reported leave to withdraw. The report, accepted in Senate came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.

Report - on Pet. of George Brummer + others The committee on the petition of George Brummer & others, reported leave to bring in a bill — The report accepted in Senate came down for concurrence — & the House concurred.

Report - on petition of Westerly part of Frankfort The committee on the petition of the Inhabitants of the westerly part of Frankfort to be annexed to Monroe — reported an order of notice. The report accepted in senate, came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.
