Commanders of Regiments in their respective Brigades, specifying the manoeuvres & exercises to be performed by the several Regiments respectively, & directing the Com- manders of Regiments to transmit said orders to the Commanding Officers of Companies within their several Regiments, without delay.

       The Companies of Artillery & Cavalry within this 

Division, will also parade at the time & place appointed for review of the Regiments with which they are locally connected.

      It is specially requested, that these performances com-

mence early in September next; so that all the Regiments in the Division may be reviewed in said month.

      The Major-General, confiding in the patriotism and 

military spirit of the officers & men who compose the Division which he has the honour to command, pre- sumes but little need be said to impress on their minds a sense of their own importance & duty at this eventful crisis.
