Rep. on pet. of Ebenr Poor + others — The committee on the petition of Ebenezer Poor & others ^respecting[underlined] Hancock agricultural society[underlined][^ onwards inserted above] reported leave to bring in a bill — The report accepted in Senate came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.

Bill - packing + Fish + Bill in addition to an act entitled an act to provide for the packing and inspection of Pickled + smoked Fish was read a third time and passed to be en-grossed with an amendment at A[underlined]. Sent up for concurrence.

Committee to revise law regulating appointment of Clerks of Courts. On motion of Mr. Balch of Lubec, Ordered[underlined] that Messrs Balch of Lubec, Usher of Hollis and True of Montville be a committee with such as the Senate may join to take into consideration what alterations if any are necessary in the act providing for the appointment of Clerks of the Courts in the several Counties, + requiring them to render an account of all monies received passed June 27 1820 with leave to report by bill or otherwise — read + passed. Sent up for concurrence
