[Pet. of James Starr Jr] Petition of James Starr Junr that an additional allowance may be made him for his services as Brigade Major — read and referred to the committee on accounts. Sent up for concurrence.

[Rep. on Pet. of John Carleton 2nd] The committee on the petition of John Carleton 2nd reported a Resolve — The report accepted in Senate came down for concurrence — and the House concurred

[Resolve granting pension to John Carleton 2nd] Resolve granting a pension to John Carleton 2nd — was read twice and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Bill - Lincoln Lodge] Bill to incorporate the Master, Wardens & Members of Lincoln Lodge — was read a 1st & 2 time and tomorrow at 9 o'clock assigned for a 3d reading.

[Report on pet. of Warsaw & als] The committee on the petition of the Selectmen of Warsaw & others — reported a reference to the next Legislature. The report accepted in Senate came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.

[Report of committee on change of names.] The committee on the chance of names to whom was referred sundry petitions — reported a Bill. The report was read & accepted.
