Message of Governor To the Senate and House of Representatives The commissioners appointed on the parts of Masachusetts + Maine pursuant to the provis-ions of the Act of separation, having made a representa-tion of their proceedings up to the 17th of November last, I communicate the same to the two branches of the Legislature for their information.
