54 the Governors Message as relates to the Literary Institutions at Brunswick & Waterville, in the Senate and — sent down for concurrence — the House concurred in the reference.

[Resolve — mode of engrossing Bills & Resolves] Resolve, from the Senate, providing that all Bills and Resolves shall be engrossed on fine linen paper &c - read and passed in concurrence with the Senate.

[New Member R. H. Gardiner] Robt H. Gardiner Esq, the member returned from Gardiner, appeared, was qualified & took his seat.
