Bill entitled "an act regulating the time for holding elections of Town & County Officers" being reported as taken into a new draft is Read a third time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

The Committee appointed to superintend and control the incidental expences of the Legislature have attended to that subject and ask leave to report in part. Your Committee would call the attention of the Legislature to one item of expense which is likely to be incurred to a considerable amount by engrossing bills & on parchment and would suggest for the consideration of the Legislature
