The House insist upon their former vote & appoint on their part Messrs Pond of Bucksport, White of Standish & Merrill of Prospect a committee of conference on the difference of both Houses on said Bill. [Bill - additional to fee Bill] On motion, Mr WIlliams of Augusta, was permitted to lay on the table a Bill "in addition to an act establishing and regulating the fees of the several Officers and other persons therein named - which was read 1st 2nd & 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence

[Resolve - for payment of Accts. agst the State] Resolve from the Senate "for the payment of accounts against the State" was read twice & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Committee of Conference on Bill to incorporate the Trustees of the Bucksport Ministerial Fund"] Message from the Senate by Mr Sewall their Secretary, Mr Speaker The Senate concur in the proposition of the House for a committee of conference on the subject of the difference of the two Houses respecting the Bill "to incorporate the Trustees of the Bucksport Ministerial Fund" and on their part have appointed Messrs Witham, Dennett & Ripley. - and then the Secretary withdrew.

[Bill - regulating fees of certain officers &c] Bill "establishing and regulating the fees of certain officers therein mentioned" was reported in a new draft - read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
