[Remonstrance - of Norridgewock] The remonstrance of Norridgewock agst the erection of a new County to be composed of towns taken from Kennebec, Somerset & Oxford & read and referred to the committee on the incorporation of towns. Sent up for concurrence.

[Bill - to incorporate Dover.] Bill to incorporate the town of Dover — read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Bill - united Lodge] Bill to incorporate the Master, Wardens & Members of the United Lodge — read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Bill — prevent Trespass on Public Lands &c] Bill to prevent Trespass on the public lands in the several towns in this State — read a third time & passed to be engrossed as taken into a new draft. Sent up for concurrence.

[Report- on Mark Trafton election —] The committee on the Remonstrance of Allen Gilman & others against the election of Mark Trafton reported that said Trafton was not legally returned — and tuesday next at 11 o'clock was assigned to take the subject into consideration.

[Report - on pet. of George Brimmer & others —] The committee on the petition of George Brimmer & others reported leave to bring in a Bill — The report accepted in the Senate came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.

[Bills — enacted.] The committee on Engrossed Bills report as duly engrossed. Bill, to extend the time of building Rumford Bridge which was passed to be enacted.
