[Report - Thom Leadbetter & al] Committee on petition of Thomas Leadbetter and others praying a repeal of the law exempting Ministers from taxation &c &c -Report leave to withdraw. Read and accepted.

[pet. Rumford - Andover - Bath -] Peitions of Inhabitants of Rumford - of Inhabitants of Andover _ of Inhabitants of Bath praying for a Lottery &c &c were read, and on motion of Mr. Stebbins the petitioners have leave to withdraw their petitions.

[Bill - Hawkers & Pedlars] Bill, reported by the Board of Jurisprudence entitled "An Act against "hawkers & Pedlars." Read a first and second time and tomorrow at 9 o clock assigned for a third Reading and committed to the Committee appointed at the last session on the subject of Hawkers and Pedlars.

[Bill - method of qualifying judges in favor of the State] Bill reported by the Board of Jurisprudence entitled " an Act prescribing the method of satisfying Judgments in favor of the State." Read a first and second time and tomorrow at 9 o clock assigned for a 3d reading and committed to Messrs Smith of Wiscasset, Francis of Leeds and Nourse of Orrington.
