"An Act to set off Benjamin Hunnewell with his family and estate from the Town of Danville and annex them to the Town of Durham". "An Act to incorporate the Trustees of the Maine Baptist Education Society" "An Act to change the name of the Maine Literary and Theological Institution" which were passed to be enacted.

Ordered, That Messrs Atherton of Prospect, Hobbs of Waterborough, Irish of Gorham, Stebbins of Alna, Turner of Turner, Wilson of Bingham, Nourse of Orrington and Adams of Steuben, be a Committee to take into consideration the whole number of Representatives which ought to be returned at the next election of Representatives under the first apportionment with leave to report by Resolve or otherwise. Read and passed.
