[Resolve - compensating Clerk of House & Sec. of the Senate for bringing up their Records &c &c] Resolve from the Senate providing for the further compensation of the Secretary of the Senate and Clerk of the House of Representatives for their services the last session of the Legislature. In Senate Jany 29 1821 Passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence Read and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Estimate Lincoln County] Estimate of Expences for Lincoln County - Read and committed to the committee on County Estimates.

[Resolve - respecting the Treaty with the Penobscot Indians &c] Resolve respecting the Treaty with the Penobscot Indains came back from the Senate with amendments in which the House nonconcur & pass a note to adhere to their former vote.

[General Nowell took his seat] Gen' Nowell, the member from Arundel appeared and took his seat: The House voting to excuse him for his absence till this, day, on account of ill health.
