[Bank returns &c] A letter from the Secretary of State communicating such returns of the several Banks within this State as have been received at the Secretary's office — came down from the Senate endorsed as follows "In Senate January 21 1822 Read & 300 "copies of the abstracts of the returns ordered to be "printed for the use of the Legislature. Sent down "for concurrence" — The House concurred.

[Rep. on pet. of Ebenr Poor & others —] The committee on the petition of Ebenezer Poor & others respecting Hancock agricultural society reported leave to bring in a bill — The report accepted in Senate came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.

[Bill - packing & Fish &c] Bill in addition to an act entitled an act to provide for the packing and inspection of Pickled & smoked Fish was read a third time and passed to be engrossed with an amendment at A. Sent up for concurrence.

[Committee to revise law regulating appointment of Clerks of Courts.] On motion of Mr. Balch of Lubec, Ordered that Messrs Balch of Lubec, Usher of Hollis and True of Montville be a committee with such as the Senate may join to take into consideration what alterations if any are necessary in the act providing for the appointment of Clerks of the Courts in the several Counties, & requiring them to render an account of all monies received passed June 27 1820 with leave to report by bill or otherwise — read & passed. Sent up for concurrence

[Bill - incorp. of Parkman] Bill to incorporate the town of Parkman — was read a third time and passed to be engrossed as taken into a new draft. Sent up for concurrence.
