[Bill minis Lands in Dixfield & Mexico]

Bill authorizing the sale of ministerial & school lands in the towns of Dixfield & Mexico, which passed this house yesterday, came from the Senate emended at A.B.C & D for concurrence - and the House concurred.

An order came from the Senate referring the petition of the Maine Baptist Missionary Society to be incorporated, to the committee on the incorporation of towns. for concurrence - & the House concurred.

[Bill- Wm Bingham estate]

Bill for the relief of the estate of William Bingham deceased, was read a third time and passed with amendments to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Remonstrance of Wiscasset]

Remonstrance of the committee of Wiscasset against a division of the County of Lincoln, was read and referred to the committee on the petition of George Rogers & als on the same subject. Sent up for concurrence.
