[Report on pet. of Hebron] The committee on the petition of the Selectmen of Hebron that the doings of said town may be made valid — reported leave to bring in a Resolve — The report accepted in Senate came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.

[Resolve - valid doings of Hebron] Resolve making valid the doings of the town of Hebron — was read and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Report - on pet. of Court of Sessions Somerset County.] The committee on the petition of the Court of Sessions for the County of Somerset — reported a reference to the next Legislature. The report accepted in the Senate came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.

[pet. of Caleb Marsh & als] Petition of Caleb Marsh and others of Bath for an alteration of the "act for the regulation of Inholders, retailers and common victuallers" &c &c was read and referred to Messrs Thatcher of Warren, Witham of Danville and Watts of St George.

[Committee - alteration of Court of Sessions, Somerset County] On motion of Mr Jewett of Norridgewock, Ordered that Messrs Jewett of Norridgewock, Fox of Parsonsfield & Ricker of Hartford be a committee to consider the expediency of altering the time of holding the Courts of Sessions in the County of Somerset, with leave to report by
