Committee on Incorporation of Towns in the room of Mr Abbot who is excused from any further service thereon.

[Bill - concerning Parishes]

Bill "concerning Parishes" was called up and the further consideration thereof postponed till tomorrow at 11 o'clock.

[Bill - Divorces]

Bill, " regulating divorces" was called up and all the amendments proposed by the Senate, concurred in, excepting so much of the amendment at A as is included between K & L.

[Bill - Hawkers, Pedlars &c]

Bill entitled "An Act respecting Hawkers and Pedlars and Petty Chapman" was called up and passed to be engrossed as amended, in concurrence with the Senate.

The Committee appointed the present session to contract for the printing for the state is on motion, discharged from further service.

Messrs Adams of Portland, Parsons of Edgecomb and Howard of Brownfield are added to the joint Committee appointed at the last Session to contract for the State printing.
