Committee on petition of Thomas Leadbetter and others praying a repeal of the law exempting Ministers from taxation &c &c - Report leave to withdraw. Read and accepted.

Petitions of Inhabitants of Rumford - of Inhabitants of Andover - & of Inhabitants of Bath praying for a Lottery &c &c were read, and on motion of Mr. Stebbins the petitioners have leave to withdraw their petitions.
