Committee to whom was referred the Military and Miscellaneous Accounts report the same with amendments. Read and accepted, and on motion recommitted for the purpose of further amendments.

[Leave of absence]

Mr Chandler of Fryeburg has leave of absence during the remainder of the session.

[Bills - enacted -]

Committee on Engrossed Bills - report as duly engrossed. Bills, "for the preservation of certain fish" "prescribing the forms of Writs and other process in the cases therein mentioned"

[Bill - inholders]

Bill "for the regulation of Inholders, [Innholders] Retailers & common Victuallers" came back from the Senate with an amendment - in which the House concur

[Resolve - making roads thro public lands &c]

Resolve providing for the making of certain Roads through and authorizing the sale of Public Lands. Read a 2nd time and the further consideration of the subject postponed indefinately. [indefinitely] Sent up for concurrence.

[Resolve - pauper Accounts]

Resolve providing for the payment of sundry Pauper Accounts amounting to $ 8847.73 In Senate March 17th 1821. Passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Read a 1st & 2nd time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
