[Rep. on pet. Noah K. George] The committee on the petition of Noah K George that No. 3 in the 3d range may be incorporated - reported leave to withdraw. The report accepted in Senate came down for concurrence - and the House concurred.

[Rep. on Gov. message respecting criminal prosec - cost, arising] The committee on so much of the Governor's message as relates to costs in criminal prosecutions - reported a reference of the subject to the next Legislature. The report accepted in Senate came down for concurrence - and the House concurred.

[Report - County to pay expense of laying out roads &c] The committee to whom was referred the subject of enquiring into the expediency of requiring Counties to pay the damages estimated in laying out County Roads - reported a Bill - report read and accepted.

[Bill - additional - laying out Road, &c] Bill entitled an additional act directing the method of laying out, and making provision for the repair and amendment of Highways - read a 1st & 2nd time and Monday next at 10 'o'clock assigned for a third reading.

[Report on petition of Phillips] The committee on the petition of the Selectmen of Phillips that the proceedings of said town may be made valid - reported leave to bring in a Resolve. The report accepted in Senate came down for concurrence - and the House concurred.

[Bill - additional - Court of Sessions] Bill from the Senate in addition to an act to establish Courts of Sessions -was read a 1st & 2nd time and Monday next at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

[Resolve - doings of Phillips] Resolve, confirming the doings of the town of Phillips was read twice and passed to be engrossed and sent up to the Senate for concurrence.
