Sent down for concurrence. Read a first time and tomorrow at 10' o'clock assigned for a second Reading and committed to Messrs Clark, Redington & Bixby.

[Letter containing Opinion of S.J.C. in a certain case -] A communication from Hon. Prentiss Mellen and Hon. William P.
