Bill - Usury Bill "for the restraining of taking excessive usury" came back from the Senate amended & taken into a new draft and on motion is referred to Messrs Redington Vassalboro Knowles of Hampden, McKown of Boothbay, Reed of Waldoboro' & Miller of St George.
