[miscellaneous accts]

The Miscellaneous accounts as passed and allowed by the House on the 17th Inst. came back from the Senate endorsed as follows. In Senate March 19th 1821 The Senate concur in the amendments at A & B and nonconcur in all the other amendments adopted by the House. Sent down. The House adhere to their former vote allowing the accounts as amended by them.

[Resolve - compensation to the Board of Jurisprudence [vide labor]]

Resolve for making compensation to the Board of Jurisprudence, being reported with amendments Read 2nd time & passage refused and the Resolve is referred to Messrs Redington, Cobb & Dunn of Poland.

Mr Carpenter of Mexico has leave of absence after tomorrow.

[Resolve - roads through public lands -]

Resolve "proving for the making of certain roads through and authorizing the sale of public lands" being reported with amendments which are adopted - The House pass the Resolve as amended to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence

[Report - amendment of Constitution]

Committee to whom was referred the consideration of the subject of an amendment to the Constitution of the State - Report that it is inexpedient for the House to take the subject into further consideration. Report read and accepted.

[Rep. compensation to Board of Jurisprudence]

Committee to whom referred the Resolve for making compensation to the Board of Jurisprudence - Report that the same ought to pass. Report Read & accepted and the vote
