The Senate having refused to concur with the House in joining the Committee appointed to consider the Bill "to divide the Town of North Yarmouth and incorporate the Westerly part thereof into a Town by the name of Cumberland": On motion, Messrs. Elden of Buxton & Coburn of Bloomfield are added to the Committee
