Bill - Eastport Marine Insurance Company The Bill "to incorporate the Eastport Marine Insurance Company" is committed to the same Committee.

Bill - time of exhibiting Accts of County Treasurers & & Bill "to direct the time and manner of exhibiting the accounts of County Treasurers and the estimates for County taxes, and for other purposes." Read a first, second and third time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - Flaxseed Bill "regulating the exportation of Flaxsed" came down from the Senate amended at O.A.B C&D in which amendments the House concur and order the Bill to be engrossed as thus amended.

Pleas The House resolved itself into a Committee of the whole on the report of the select Committee of the House ^[inserted above through Chain]Mr Emery in the Chain on the Bill "abolishing the Circuit Court of Common Pleas and transferring its powers &" and after much discussion of the subject the Committee rose reported progress and asked leave to set again.
