Committee to whom was referred the Bill as amended by the Senate "to abolish the Circuit Courts of Common Pleas and to establish a Court of Common Pleas for the State" report that the House nonconcur the amendments of the Senate and adhere to their former vote passing the Bill to be engrossed. Read and Tuesday next at 10 o clock assigned to give the subject consideration.
