Bill - Militia Bill "to organize, govern and discipline the Militia of this State" came back from the Senate further amended with several of the proposed amendments by the House, nonconcurred. The House adhere to their several votes upon this Bill and appoint Messrs Atherton, Reed and Irish a Committee to confer with a Committee from the Senate upon the disagreement of the two Houses on the subject of this Bill Sent up for concurrence.
