[Bill - additional respecting Courts of Probate.] Bill entitled "an additional act respecting the jurisdiction and proceedings of Courts of Probate" - read a 1st & 2nd time and tomorrow at 9 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

[Rep. on pet. of Jesse Rowell & others] The committee on the petition of Jesse Rowell & others reported leave to bring in a bill. The report accepted in the Senate, came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.

[Bill - fish in Dyers River] Bill "to regulate the taking of Fish in Dyers River — was read a 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at 9 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

[Bill - school lands in Hartford] The Bill "authorizing the sale of School lands in the town of Hartford" which passed this House 31st Ulto came from the Senate amended and taken into a new draft for the concurrence of the House — and the House concurred.

[Bill - South Berwick Bank] The Bill "to incorporate the South Berwick Bank which passed this House 1st inst. in concurrence with the Senate came down from the Senate endorsed as follows - "In Senate FebY 4 1822 this bill having been taken from the Secretary's office and laid on the table by order of the Senate, their former vote passing the same to be engrossed is reconsidered and the further consideration thereof is postponed to the next Legislature. Sent down for concurrence." The House refused to concur with the Senate.

[Report of committee on Conference — on Bill establishing Courts of Sessions] The committee of conference on the part of this House on the subject of the Bill "in addition to an Act establishing Courts of Sessions" reported that it is expedient for the House to adhere to their vote passing the bill to be engrossed as amended. read & accepted
