[Bills - enacted -] The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed Bill entitled "an additional act respecting the Jurisdiction and proceedings of Courts of Probate" — — "to incorporate the proprietors of the East meeting house in Machias" — — "to regulate the taking of fish in Dyers River" — — "to alter the names of certain persons therein named" — "to establish a School fund in the town of Hartford" — — "to incorporate the Master, Wardens & Members of Lincoln Lodge" — — "to establish a School fund in the town of Dexter" — — "to regulate the exportation of provisions in certain cases" — — "an additional act respecting the Supreme Judicial Court" — "an act in addition to an act to secure to owners their property in Logs, Masts, Spars & other timber in certain cases" — which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

[Resolves finally passed —] The same committee reported as duly engrossed Resolve - authorizing the Governor to appoint one or more agents for the preservation of timber on the public lands & for other purposes" — "making valid certain executions issued from the clerks office in Cumberland" which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Report - Hawkers &c] The committee on the subject of the 2d & 3d Section of the act passed Feb 10 1821 entitled an act against Hawkers, Pedlars & Petty Chapman — reported a reference to the next Legislature. The report accepted in Senate came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.
