[Leave of absence] Mr O'Brian had leave of absence

[Rep. on pet of Abner Bourne & others] The committee on the petition of Abner Bourne & others for a charter of a Bank at Brunswick — reported leave to withdraw. The report accepted in Senate came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.

[Resolve — certain Accts to be printed] Resolve "directing the Secretary of the State to cause certain accounts to be printed — read & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Rep. on pet. of John Wyllie] The committee on the petition of John Wyllie for a new trial reported leave to bring in a bill. The report accepted in Senate came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.

[Bill - Brunswick Academy] The Bill "to incorporate the Brunswick Academy" which passed this House 5th inst. came from the Senate referred to the next Legislature, for the concurrence of the House — and the House concurred.

[Bill - sale of lands in Lubec belonging to Eastport] Bill "to authorize the sale of the ministerial & School lands in the town of Lubec belonging to the town of Eastport" was read a 1st, 2nd & 3d time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Report - on Govs Message respecting Ordnance & Military Stores &c] The committee to whom was referred the Governors Message of the 4th instant respecting the ordnance and
