[Bill - repealing law-]

Bill "repealing certain acts therein named" came back from the Senate amended. The House concur the amendments and pass the Bill to be engrossed.

Committee on Engrossed Bills report as duly engrossed. Bills, "concerning the assessment and collection of taxes" "relating to Hogshead Shooks" "restraining the Castine Bank in negotiating business as a Banking Corporation & providing for the collection of their debts & for other purposes". which were severally passed to be enacted.

[Committee - alteration of terms of Courts in Cumberland &c]

Ordered that Messrs Emery of Portland, Vose of Augusta and Howard of Minot be a Committee to enquire whether any alteration be necessary in the times fixed by law for holding the Supreme Judicial Court and Circuit Court of Common Pleas in and and [sic] for the County of Cumberland with leave to report by Bill or otherwise. Read and passed.

[Resolve - districting State for choice of Senators]

Resolve dividing the State in Nine Districts for the choice of Senators came back from the Senate endorsed as follows In Senate March 19 1821. Passed to be engrossed
