Pet Town Madison ic Society - and of Madison for leave to sell ministerial and school lands - and were severally read and committed to the same committee in concurrence with the House-

[Ichabod Goodwin pet] Petition of Ichabod Goodwin and others for a Bank at South Berwick committed in the House to the Join Standing Committee on Banks and Banking came up for concurrence - was read and committed to the same committee in concurrence with the House.

The following petitions committed in the House to the Joint Standing Committee on Interior Fisheries - came up for concurrence viz-

[Mathew Sprague &al] Petition on Matthew Sprague and others of Plantation No. 7 on Schoodic river that a law may be passed for the preserve of fish.

[Rufus K. Lane &al] and of Rufus K. Lane and others of Plantation No. 6 on St. Crois and Schoodic river - praying the same - and were severally read and committed to the same committee in concurrence with the House.

[Luther Fogg &al] On motion. Ordered that the petition of Luther Fogg and others be taken from the files of the Senate and laid on the table. Referred to the Joint Standing Committee on Incorporation of Towns - sent down for concurrence-
