[Resolve - districting State for choice of Senators]

Resolve for districting the State for the choice of Senators" came back from the Senate endorsed as follows - In Senate March 20th 1821

The Senate so far reconsider their vote of yesterday passing this Resolve to be engrossed as now to pass the same to be engrossed as amended in conformity to the accompanying Report of their Committee marke H. Sent down for concurrence. The House nonconcur the Senate in their proposed amendments and so far reconsider their former vote as to pass the Resolve taken into a new draft, to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Ordered that when the House adjourn it will adjourn to 7 oclock this evening.
